Its goal is to empower young people to serve Christ. Today, in addition to providing mission trips around the world, YWAM also offers an in-depth, six-month Discipleship Training School that includes classroom training and field experience for college students and young adults.   Operation Mobilization (OM) In 1957, a group of friends began passing out Scripture and Christian literature in Mexico.
