Interested in hosting a meeting at GMHC 2025? Please read our Special Meeting Policy before filling out the application.
Please note that special meetings are intended for networking and fellowship opportunities. Requests must be made by October 3, 2025 to be considered.
No special meetings will be approved for the morning of Saturday, November 8th before the first breakout session of the day to avoid conflicting with a GMHC sponsored event.
